JOB TITLE: KITCHEN MANAGERS
LOCATION: Southern/Northern California, Houston
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Participating in menu development and utilization of food surpluses,
taking into account number of guests, marketing conditions, popularities.
* Estimates food consumption, purchases, and kitchen supplies.
* Reviews menus, analyzes recipes and determines daily menus.
* Review food, labor and overhead costs on daily basis.
* Directs food production policy to control costs.
* Supervises cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinates
their assignments to ensure economical and timely food production.
* Observes methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions,
and garnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared according to kitchen system.
* Devises special dishes and develops recipes.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate’s degree or equivalent from 2 year college or technical school
* Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
JOB TITLE: SOUS CHEF
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Develop new recipes.
* Expert knowledge of Asian cuisine food specifications.
* Team player and training skill.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Min. 3 years experience / Culinary school diploma or graduation preferred.
JOB TITLE: Management Analyst (Full-Time & Permanent)
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Analyze operational/management structures, procedures, forms, reports. Identify problems and improvements.
* Design and implement changes.
* Prepare manuals, train workers.
* Analyze communications/information/work flow between franchisees and headquarters.
* Participate Headquarters’ analysis of worldwide system. Implement system changes.
