TITLE:
CORPORATE COMPLIANCE ANALYST (Full-Time & Permanent)
JOB
DESCRIPTION:
Review, develop, update corporate compliance manuals, policies,
standards, food preparation methods, service, storage, sanitation,
waste, and safety.
Perform
compliance audits and inspections of Todai restaurants.
Inspect
and audit operations, processes, and physical premises of
vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Educate
and train restaurant employees and Todai Headquater's employees
of health and safety issues, laws and regulations, corporate
compliance standards, and methods and instructions of employee
compliances
Perform
quantitative and risk analysis of proposed implementation
of new, modified, or improved compliance policies.
REQUIREMENT:
BA/BS in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Hotel Administration.
