“All-You-Can-Eat” Japanese Sushi and Seafood Buffet with quality, value, selection, convenience and service. Todai is a casual family dining restaurant that features an extensive buffet with vast assortments of sushi, salads, hot-food items and pastries.
Lunch prices vary from $12.95 to $16.95 and dinner prices
vary from $22.95 to $27.95 depending upon the geographical
region. Special discounts for children based on their height,
and seniors over 65 years are available along with birthday
promotions for those who dine at Todai on their birthdays.

What is the initial investment required for a Todai Franchise?
|
The initial franchise fee is $250,000. The estimated initial
investment required, including the initial franchise fee,
ranges from $1,761,000 to $2,125,000 for a new franchised
restaurant, and from $1,616,000 to $3,380,000 for a franchise
restaurant purchased from an owner affiliated with Todai SSB,
Inc.

Will I be granted territory?
Todai grants you an exclusive territory, the size of which varies based on population density, trade area and other criteria, usually a 10 mile radius unless you are located in a high density area, where it may be less. |

What is the franchising royalty?
|
Monthly Royalty: $3,000 + 2% of net sales over $300,000.

|
Profitability is dependent on many factors including sales,
location and the ability of the franchisee to manage operations
in his restaurant.

What is Todai's marketing and development strategy?
|
Targeting regional malls in midtowns or metropolitan areas
with populations of 1 million plus in a 10-mile radius. Asian
population target of at least 5% of the total population.
Promoting affordable family dining fare, Todai emphasizes internal marketing at each location:
Featuring an open kitchen and contemporary interior to appeal
to general public.
Creating word of mouth advertising by providing a memorable dining experience.
Offering special pricing systems for seniors and children to provide a friendly family dining environment.
Offering consistent promotions such as our free birthday meal (certificate) to gain frequent diners/returning customers |

What is the process of getting a franchise?
|
Upon written request via email, fax or letter to Todai SSB,
Inc., a franchise application will be sent to potential franchisees.
Todai SSB, Inc. will review the applications with respect
to personal, business and financial capacity. Our Franchise
Offering Circular will be sent to those qualified candidates
for further development.
